On 7th of July project partners gathered together during 2nd partner meeting that was held online with the aim to discuss the progress of the project and what have been done during 1st project’s semester. Discussing those project results which were achieved during first six months of the project, it was defined that project consortium continue to work in the right direction. However, still specific attention has to be paid to those administrative issues, which can be further improved. As the following six months of the project implementation will be significantly full with planned activities, project partners discussed in details their organization as well.

Finalizing the series of webinars, on 29th June was held 3rd and the last webinar with the topic "Tools and Techniques for value-based coaching". Within the following event, its participants were able not only to fulfill specific practical exercises, but also were able to receive answers on such questions like:

"COACHING, GO INTO ACTION"

On 16th June, project partners had the pleasure to hold the second webinar within the "SPINTeams" project with the topic "Coaching, go into action". The following webinar had more practical approach as it's participants had the opportunity to evaluate the satisfaction with their teams, why using the wheel of life system, it was possible to evaluate your own life.

16.02.2021-17.02.2021/PROJECT KICK-OFF MEETING

On 16.02.2021 - 17.02.2021, 10 partners of “SPINTeams” project, that represent NGOs, HEIs, and SMEs from Spain, Latvia, Italy, Austria and Croatia participated in the Kick-off partner meeting, that was held via online. The goal of organized Kick-off meeting was for partners to get to know each other and present themselves. Within the following activity, project partners discussed in details all work packages, project budget, responsibilities and upcoming activities. Since there were too many topics to discuss, it was decided to hold Kick-off meeting for 2 days. During the organized meeting, specific deadlines were set and active implementation of the project “SPINTeams” was started.
